For most of my career, I have been engaged in roles that involve sales or service, and my greatest rewards have come not just from monetary gain but from the satisfaction of helping others solve problems and positively representing my employer. Despite having studied computer science, I found my path leading me to tech support, specializing in cellular phones, Internet connections, and desktop troubleshooting.
My commitment to maintaining and advancing my expertise through specialized training in mobile devices, Internet connectivity, and desktop software has enabled me to continually learn and develop more efficient ways of acquiring knowledge.
