For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to mastering and applying my skills in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, with a primary focus on front-end development. This discipline allows me to effectively combine my expertise in writing, graphic design, and visual organization to deliver engaging and user-friendly experiences.
My objective in front-end development is to craft dynamic web applications, e-commerce shopping carts, and interactive databases. Currently, I utilize the latest technologies, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Divi, Elementor, Google Analytics, and a variety of WordPress plugins and integrations to build fully functional websites and applications.
SunTrust Bank (Virtual Chat Consultant)
Consulted with over 40 new and existing clients daily through online chat, actively listening to their needs and concerns while engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their financial requirements. Advised new business owners on the intricacies of launching, establishing, and managing their ventures, while also assisting current business owners in securing funding and effectively managing their finances.
Consistently surpassed sales and service targets. Handled over 100 calls each day from individuals and businesses, addressing inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, credit cards, CDs, deposits, and withdrawals. Successfully recommended additional products and services to enhance the banking experience, demonstrating a strong ability to transform dissatisfied customers into loyal clients. ValueWeb (Tech Support)
ValueWeb served as my platform where I worked as a Web Hosting Consultant, assisting small businesses in securing the right website hosting solutions for their operations. In this role, I assessed their specific needs and recommended products and services designed to enhance the speed and efficiency of their website hosting.
Following my transition, I was elevated to a technical support position at ESpire Communications, a sister company, where I provided support for their PBX department. We frequently received calls from large organizations such as hospitals and universities, requesting our team to dispatch technicians to resolve issues with their phone and Internet systems.

Educational Pursuits encompass a lifelong journey of learning and growth, where the quest for knowledge transcends traditional boundaries and fosters personal and intellectual development.
Computer Science
I began my educational journey with a 2 year Associates Degree at Capital Community College in Hartford Ct. The course degree was in Computer Engineering where I was able to learn about hardware and software, setting up networks and configuring servers. The course included chemistry, physics and technical writing in the curriculum.
Computer Programming
After attending Capital Community College I entered into a certificate program at Valencia Community College for Database Administration using Oracle and Programming with C++. Although I enjoyed attending both institutions and learned how to learn effectively, I found myself gravitating toward Website Development with Dreamweaver and MS Frontpage. As the Internet evolved so did my interest and self-discipline as I began to teach myself through online courses such as MindLeaders, Linkedin Learning and Google Developers tutorials. I took my knowledge to another level and because of my continued dedication to learning and growing  I am now continuing to learn prompt engineering and genertive AI and how it can be used to enhance the Workflow of website development.
